Finally a garage in Clacton On Sea that is delivering what ALL garages in the area fail to, helpful and professional customer service! This garage and its staff are at the standard that they will be added to my list of garages I would recomend, the only other being Mercedes-Benz in Wiltshire!

I have been a customer of Keith & Mark at Canberra Carriage Company now for about 5 years. Recently my old car, a Hyundai Accent Automatic finally gave up and went to the big car park in the sky. Keith & Mark were fantastic and lent me another car for a month until they found another car for me that was exactly what I wanted. we have used the Canberra Carriage Company for many years and have always found them to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for them - they never mind changing a bulb or a wiper blade, or even just checking tyre pressures.
Their motto is 'Because service matters' and they really do live up to it.

I had my car serviced by Canberra today. Theyʼve done an excellent job and the car is really running well. They even provided a courtesy vehicle for use while my car was with them. The bill was a pleasant surprise - very reasonable indeed for the work carried out. Best of all, the car came back thoroughly cleaned. Thank you Mark & Keith - itʼs great to know I can have complete confidence in the garage looking after my car.

Canberra Carriage Company have proved to be an exceptional garage - both for purchasing and servicing cars. My mother who is partially disabled has purchased 2 vehicles from Canberra and has received wonderful treatment. When my husband & I are away we know if she has a problem with her car they will drop everything to assist. My father before he died bought a number vehicles from them and always used them for servicing their car.

Have been using Canberra Carriage Company since they started - WOULD NOT USE ANY OTHER GARAGE. Exceptional treatment whatever the problem. We have bought cars from them also and the follow-up servicing and care has been 1st Class.
We always recommend Mark for repairs.

I have used Canberra for years as they are a garage you can really trust. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I always feel that the customer service they give is more important to them than their bill!

You never get less than five star service here. Canberra look after my dadʼs car too and weʼd recommend them to everyone, whatever make or type of car they drive.

I bought my ʼdogʼs carʼ from Canberra - an estate to house Jay-Jay my huge chocolate Labrador. Keith fitted the dog guard because both myself and my husband are DIY dead and when the dog managed to break it, Keith quickly came up with a spare part which he sent by post on the same day.
Truly exceptional service which I thought had gone forever.

I recently had to have a new clutch fitted to my car, and was very pleased that Keith came and collected my car from work and left a courtesy car for me to use for the day that my car was undergoing repairs.

Great customer service, both Keith and Mark give you their honest opinion on your vehicle. It doesnʼt feel like they are trying to squeeze more money out of you, and will go out of their way to give you a great, personal service.

I would recommend Canberra to anyone who believes "service matters".

I donʼt have a Rover but if I did, this is where Iʼd take it to be looked after. Canberra have years of experience and knowledge of Rover cars but apply this to everything else too.

They supplied my car and I am very happy to rely on them for servicing and general maintenance.

They havenʼt left a hole in my pocket either!
