Tax Return's dated 5th April 2009 must be submitted by 31st January 2010. The deadline for paper submissions has now passed (this was 31st October 2009) and your return now needs to be completed online and submitted directly to HMRC. Failure to do this will result in an automatic fine of £100.00 and interest charged on any tax and national insurance owed to HMRC.
