Poppy!
How wonderful to hear from you. I always thought you looked very nice and, even though you are a little older than me, I don't see that as a drawback!
See, I said that I wanted to hear from other cats in the area and now I have. It's extra good that I've had comments on my last post from a cat I already know but don't forget strangers can contribute too. All you have to do is become a bestof member and then you can post comments or even apply to my domestic staff to become official blog authors.
I've been enjoying myself in the hot weather for the last few days, relaxing in the garden and playing around. Fizzy and I have particular fun playing with an empty plastic bag (a big one which used to contain cat litter). He gets right in it and I can leap on top and try to stop him getting out. We also have a log which we can roll around with. There are lots of balls to play with too and getting these inside the bag is (quite hard for a cat) enormously rewarding.
We've also been introduced to Applaws Dried food in the chicken flavour which is substantially yummy. I actually quite like rejecting or ignoring my standard wet food in favour of something a bit more exciting. I can nibble dried food (cat biscuits, if you're confused) all day and then look pathetic, charming and hungry until I get a tin of Gourmet or something all to myself.
Ha, ha, works every time!
Thanks for reading, fans.

PS At the bottom is a big photo of Poppy - you can't see how lovely she is in the profile picture but you can here.
The top picture is one of me looking pathetic, charming and hungry (all at the same time, clever isn't it?)
