I intend to have a great day today ...

What do you say to yourself on a daily basis?

Out thoughts and words we speak can have a profound effect on our lives.

Here is a simple tip that can make a big difference...

Write and say positive affirmations daily!

An affirmation is a positive statement that you repeat to yourself at various times of the day. It helps develop positive self talk & can have a dramatic impact upon behaviour & the things that you can achieve.

Affirmations need to be phrased in a positive, personal way and stated in the present tense.
For example

'I am going to have a good day today'
'I choose to be happy and feel good now'
'I am lovable and loving and loved'

We get what we focus on and believe to be true for us. We are powerful creators and by repeating affirmations regularly, you are instructing your subconscious mind to believe it as true...

Think about your life now... it is a result of all your previous thoughts and feelings... What do you tell yourself everyday now?

'I hate work...'
'I bet this is going to be hard...'
'I don't want to be late...'

We all say affirmations to ourselves all the time.. most often they are negative or what we don't want!

Do yourself a favour and start telling yourself positive things!

Write down your affirmations and stick them around your home where you will see them everyday, read them out loud to yourself every morning & evening. Imagine it being true and feel good about it!

Intend to have a great day today! No matter what the day may bring, know that you can handle it and its going to be a good day!

This tip is simple yet profound. You may say 'I already know this....' but do you actually do it? Its the difference that makes the difference.

"The future depends on what we do in the present" Mahatma Gandi

Wishing you a wonderful day today...
