Feel Good Now!

Too often we can look at ourselves, our life, the credit crunch, the world's current state of affairs and feel bad, down and depressed.


We look in the mirror and focus on everything we don't like about ourselves, what is wrong with us. We go to work and moan about our job, the people we work with, our partner, our home, the list goes on. This all adds to us feeling terrible inside.


But we have a choice how we feel! No matter what is happening around us, or what is 'wrong' in our lives, we have a choice how we choose to feel about something.


The more we focus on what is wrong with our self or in our life, the more we feel bad about it, the more bad feelings we actually attract.


Whether we understand or believe in the law of attraction, it is working all the time. We are in essence energy, a 'magnet' that literally attracts to us what we chose to focus on. Do yourself a favour, and focus on everything that is good in your life, everything that you are grateful for and change the way you feel.

Try this to feel good now!


Firstly, take some deep breaths. Breathe in slowly and exhale slowly releasing any tension in your body as you do so.  Keep breathing in and out deeply for a couple of minutes, noticing how you become more and more relaxed as you do so.


Now, remember a specific time when you felt really good! It could be when you were with people who love you, when you got that promotion, when out with friends or doing something you really love...

Now, close your eyes and remember this specific event in detail, seeing through your own eyes and hearing the sound around you. As you notice what you see, turn it into colour, make it brighter and moving. Notice the sounds around you and what you are saying to yourself at this time, make them louder and clearer. Now, notice the feelings in your body... where are they? Amplify those feelings so that they spread all throughout your body, feel the feelings of being there in that moment and enjoy how good it feels....

Now open your eyes and notice how you feel differently now...

We can change how we feel in an instant, keep doing this for a week and just notice the shifts that will start to happen for you. The more you feel good, the more things that make you feel good you will attract.
