I am fairly switched on as far as positive thinking and not letting things get to me is concerned, however, putting it into practice is not always easy. Helen taught me a technique called EFT, Emotional Freedom Training. It is a subtle process that helped me overcome a hang-up which was causing me some distress. Very liberating and useful for all sorts of life issues. Now I can apply it to just about any tension that life throws at me. Helen supplies all the right tools for the job. I was a bit nervous signing up to attend the Café Connect sessions but I’m so glad I did because I loved every minute of it. Helen has a really friendly approach and, unlike some other workshops, she never puts anyone under pressure to contribute to sessions unless, of course, they wish to do so! I’m not driving a Maserati yet but, every now and again, when I’m grumbling to myself and getting soaking wet on my way home from work, I hear Helen’s little voice in the back of my head with her 101 questions for reframing your perspective and, you know what, those little questions really do make an everyday difference!
