I have been going to the Yoga classes run by this centre for two years (Travel Lodge Hotel on the Strand Road, Wednesday and Thursday nights 7.30pm - 9.00pm). Caitlin has a calm clear way of showing us the movements and encouraging us to stretch a little more but only at our pace. I feel much more flexible and strong and very rarely have lower back pain. I intend to keep going to the class for years.

Iʼve known Caitlin for about a year now and am pleased to see how much she enjoys what she does and how much effort she puts into the various therapies that she offers. She has a calming, relaxed manner and a great sense of humour and no doubt has a great number of loyal, regular and happy customers.
