When you start with one passenger suffering from vertigo and another with a fear of flying, it is easy to imagine some problems!

It was however testament to the calm professionalism you all displayed that neither phobia got a look in, as we all revelled in the wonderful experience you provided for us on our flight.

Whist Mel absorbed the countryside that has become so much a part of us in the last 25 years, the children were indulged with an experience most of their peers will have to wait for!
