The great thing about this shop is the Staff! (owner Ian and his 'employee of the month', Honey)Ian will never try to sell you stuff you don't need and is happy to share tips and advice in all areas of pet care. He also stocks an excellent range of food/toys/beds etc etc and will order in things he doesn't have for you. He also delivers which is great so you don't have to carry great big bags of dog food home!

I always get good advice and service from Ian. He has an extensive range of products and if he hasn't got it he will get it pronto and deliver it free of charge.Our dog layla enjoys her visits to see Ian and his dog Honey.

It's not just the reliability of Iain, but the great knowledge he has of his products and the passion he has for providing us with the things we need and the things that we want for our pets.

He may not have been gifted with good looks, but I'd rather spend my hard earned cash with him than the men of the faceless national chains.

Iain is a man that knows enough about good retailing to know that people buy from people. he understands his business because he understands his customers.

Great service, will order what ever you want in, and on top of that Ian will give advice reagrding to your pets Diet, he has a massive amount of information. so what ever your pet needs this is the place.

The Mcpet delivery service and service in general was extremely good. I found them to very knowledgeable about the needs I had for my pet, from youth, adulthood to senior. The service provided was reliable and the price very competitive. I would definitely recommend. Also helped out with a excellent dog bed.

Stumbled across this friendly pet shop whilst taking a short break, decided to have a look at their extensive range of dog food and the advice i received was fantastic. Ian the owner spoke to me at length about my dogs allergyʼs and recommended a food that she is now on, and will stay on. Ian really cares about your animals welfare, as i wont be a regular customer as i live so far away, i appreciate the time and service he gave. I have reccommended the shopʼs website to all my friends,- and hope to return next year. Thankyou McPetshop.
