Our Low Impact Exercise to Music Classes will improve Posture, Backs, Strength and Flexibility.
The Fitness League has approximately 200 qualified, fully insured exercise instructors teaching fitness classes in over 300 venues across the UK. Many other instructors are teaching classes in overseas venues.
The Fitness League has taken on board many changes over the years, always keeping up with scientific and medical findings and advice, incorporating modern trends into their classes but based on the original system of posture training and correction, central control and co-ordination.

Pilates System of Exercise for Men and Women
Muscles work as a team, everyone works at their own pace. Relaxation is encouraged through pleasant background music. Individual attention given.
