I have a old house that has seen it's fair share of DIY and bodge jobs over the years. I wanted to fit a water softener in the kitchen but there was also a lot of work to do to tidy up some leaking and chaotic pipework. Jerry came when he said he would for a look at the task. He worked long hours to complete the job on the same day and all was left tidy both under the sink and in the kitchen. I am really pleased with the work he has done and the way in which it got done. Totally reliable and cares about the quality of his work. Would happily recomend Jerry.

Jerry pulled out an old bathroom and re-fitted a new one for me in February this year, doing everything from plumbing, tiling, laying lino right through to the electrics himself. Jerry was prompt, helpful and offered some useful suggestions along the way - making for a first class new bathroom. Thank you for your help Jerry - all much appreciated.

We have used Parnell Plumbing and Heating many times over the last few years and have always been completely satisfied with the work. During the recent cold snap our boiler broke down. I called Jerry in the morning and despite a busy schedule he found time to call in later that day and got our heating back up and running. He is always on time, completes work to a high standard and leaves everything clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Jerry for any plumbing job.

Imagine coming home after spending Boxing Day with the family and finding your house like a sauna and water everywhere. Well it happened to me yesterday. No worries I will call the insurance, was promised a call back within four hours. Five hours later no call, called them and they said they can’t get to me until sometime the next day, but we could if we wanted find our own plumber. Called Jerry at 1645 and told him of my situation, he said he was going out in a couple of hours but would come round and see what he could do. An hour later all was fixed and the pipe was replaced. All I can say is top tradesman, very reasonable priced and always goes the extra mile for his customers, would fully recommend him for any emergency and any plumbing /heating jobs.

The first time we used Jerry was two years ago, about a week before Christmas, when our boiler broke down. After phoning a couple of local plumbers who did not want to know, Jerry agreed to call in on his way home as we live on the same estate. He did a temporary fix on the boiler and then came back and fitted a new part before Christmas; we were really grateful. This year we decided to have a new boiler. We rang Jerry, he came round very promptly, gave us a quote which we accepted and the job was done about two weeks later. He was quick, efficient and even hosed down the outside wall to get rid of the brick dust where the new vent was sited. We were really pleased with the work, the way the house was left clean and tidy and last but not least the great price!! We would not hesitate to recommend Jerry.

I met Jerry Parnell by chance as he was dealing with my next door neighbour. We got on from day one and after fitting a new boiler for our central heating system, we asked him to fit two new sinks and three new taps. All these jobs were completed to a very high standard, on time and he honoured his fixed quote or estimates.
