Michelle has designed me a beautiful garden. She listened to what I wanted and came up with a design that fitted the brief. She is very knowledgable about plants and has put in some really interesting specimens.
Her drawn plans were great and she has good contacts with local builders who can do the work.
I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

I used Michelle’s garden services (Michelle Maxwell Garden Design) in 2008 to help me bring a rather flat boring strip of grass to life.
After an initial consultation in which Michelle took on board my ideas and needs, Michelle measured up the land with minimal disruption and rapidly came up with a professional design. Following further discussions, as a result of me changing my mind, this was quickly amended and tweaked. Further advice and knowledge from Michelle enabled me to employ good quality workmen and quickly establish my dream garden. I found Michelle to be extremely professional and patient and her sensitive outlook to the customer's needs is a rare quality.

Michelle designed the layout and devised a low maintenance planting plan for our small rear garden. Even though we started off with a clear idea of what we wanted, Michelle made some excellent suggestions and improvements that we would never have thought of. We now have a garden that makes the most of the space, is low maintenance and stunning to look at. Most importantly it’s an additional room to our home we can use and enjoy all year round!
