Regis IT is doing a great job providing us with IT support; they are very knowledgeable and always quick to respond if we have a technical problem. They are also very trustworthy, reliable and able to make excellent recommendations on IT related equipment purchases. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Having worked with and employed a number of IT specialists in the past, I am delighted to have found Adam Lavery of Regis IT. Regis IT have supplied us with IT advice and services for the last couple of years, for a start-up business with heavy technology demands. The advice received has always been well considered, with options clearly explained for the non-technical, be it for hardware, email and office solutions, web development and hosting, or more complex requirements such as a document management system.

The maintenance service has also been excellent with backups, patches and upgrades installed in a timely and, best of all, almost invisible fashion. Other service and support issues have always been dealt with promptly, wherever and whenever they have occurred.

Regis IT has consistently offered the kind of service you hope for and never receive from bigger names, with good value pricing and the personal attention you can only get from a smaller business.

We rely on our computer network to work all the time, as all of our accounts production and tax return work is computerised. No network equals no work (but perhaps a tidy office, as we would have to do something with our time!) and so far there has not been a problem. So a big thank you from this end.

If I was asked why I have recommended you to clients, it is perhaps the small things that we notice. We take the fact that the network is operational for granted, so it does not really feature on our reasons to recommend you. Instead it is:

• Being understanding when we called to say our network was down and having spoken to you and checked various things, we discovered that someone (not me) had unplugged the server to plug in an additional electrical appliance and had left it that way!
• Recommending we move our internet and off-site back up providers so we get better services for less money
• Taking the time to explain to us how we can run our network in a more efficient manner so we work better
• Recommending software to us that help us develop the services we offer clients
