Using only locally reared Sussex pork, lamb and beef the spit-roast is perfect for providing economical but high quality catering for large numbers. In its simplest form, the bap or baguette filled with generous slices of pork, crackling, stuffing and apple sauce is perfect for the evening disco following a wedding and can cost as little as £5 per head. Add a starter, salads, potatoes and desserts and a three course meal can be provided for around £20!
