The challenge is about education and long term change to enable weight loss and maintenance of the weight loss.
Over 12 weeks our weightloss coaches will be holding a weekly weightloss session at the George Bratt Room, Bolsover Assembly Rooms, Bolsover which will include:
Weekly weigh and measure
Personal coach and group support
Fun and friendships
Weight loss coaching
Tips and advice
Weekly handouts
Nutrition education
Prizes and rewards
There are also prizes for the top 3 biggest losers in the challenge. Each participant pays a joining fee of £40 per person (based on 12 weeks). And based on 25 participants the biggest loser could win up to £250.
The challenges start on Wednesday 11th January 2012. You can visit one of the "Drop In" sessions to find out more about the challenge and to chat to the team who will be guiding the programme on either Wednesday 4th January or Thursday 5th January at the CB Nutrition Wellness Centre, Suite 3, 21 High Street, Staveley, S43 3UU between 10.00am to 2.00pm and 5pm to 7pm.
