I have worked with Sean over many years and he has constructed many extensions I have designed throughout Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire and I would not hesitate to recommend him to you. His work and attention to detail is second to none and although he would say himself he is not the cheapest, he is certainly value for money offering a very reasonable middle of the road price for the job and as with anything in life you get what you pay for. As a further testimonial he constructed both my own and my neighbours extensions which I designed a few years ago, working simultaneously be completed both in an 8 week period and to a high standard which we were both pleased with. I highly recommend Sean Heenan building contractors. They are very clean well mannered and do an amazing job in a faster time than their initial estimate. They have completely sorted my damp issue, re-plastered the walls and even fitted me a new tub all at a very affordable price (much more reasonable then other quotes)
We asked Sean Heenan Building Contractors to take a look at an ongoing problem at our property on the recommendation of a friend. The insurance company had basically washed their hands of the problem even though it was actually worsening. Sean visited the property initially and carried out a site survey and was able to begin work and get to the route of the problem quickly (An actual leaking toilet, which had been missed by previous contractors). They had completed all work within 9 days (and solved the problem which had been ongoing for 9months!) At all times Sean and his staff were extremely friendly, proficient and tidy. I particularly liked the fact that despite not being present at the property, that I was kept up to date at all times by Sean informing me what was happening. I cannot recommend Sean and his company enough, we had a particularly big job done but it was great that Sean was able to over see everything and at a very reasonable price. Thank you!
