Northern Tea Merchants is a pure delight! It really is one of a kind and I have never been anywhere quite like it before. Plus you can always be guaranteed a lovely friendly smile from all of the wonderful staff.

The tea and coffee range on offer is quite mind boggling but I am enjoying working my way through the menu! The food and cakes are also highly recommended. Especially, love the delicious gourmet Pate with Cranberry and red onion pickle...YUM!

I never visit without taking some tea or coffee (or a cute little mug) home with me. You simply must visit if you haven't yet tried, you will not be disappointed.

At no time have I ever had bad service, even before it had it's own cafe area. but the service now is just wonderful. The staff are very efficient and happy, they will go out of their way to ensure you get the best. Their knowledge of the teas and coffees is astounding. They are a credit to the Company.

We were attracted to NTM in the first place by their ethical stand on the production & marketing of Tea & Coffee. We tried them & are hooked. It is a local business & not a carbon copy of others in a nationwide company. The atmosphere is something very special. The staff are great. And we are enjoying exploring the vast variety of teas & coffees at reasonable prices. Sometime will get around to the snacks as well!
