Get your self booked with them- I've had a few shoots before but Chris at Chrysalis was leagues above the rest and created a range of stunning and really beautiful photos! Chris Langham did some amazing photos of my Son, daughter-in-law and Grandchildren. He has the ability to get the best out of his 'subjects' The DVD he did of my Sons' early years set to moving music is superb and makes me cry each time I see it! Allie & Chris are both our business & personal photographers. Over the years they have edited snot from our girls noses, wrinkles from my face and had the ITS Sheffield team striking poses in a field on a sunny but very windy day. All of this has always been carried out in a professional and very tolerant manor. Trust me, we are not the easiest people to photograph! Chrysalis Photography have done the most amazing family portraits for me. The photo's far exceeded my expectations, in fact I was overwhelmed with emotion at the stunning images presented to us! The hard job was to choose the ones we wanted framed to put on the wall!
Amelia and I got married on September 18th 2011. Up until September 1st we weren't going to have a Photographe, then I met Allie at a 4n meeting. I felt so comfortable with her, it was as if I had known her for years. When Amelia and I then met Chris and Allie together it sealed the deal. A very professional, hard-working couple who created an excellent set of wedding photos to help us to remember all the little moments in our wedding day as well as the obvious ones....thanks so much Chris and Allie.
I had some portrait photographs commissioned and was absolutely delighted at the results. Not only the finished product but from the moment I arrived at the studio, I was made to feel welcomed and at ease. We were struggling for a quality present close to Christmas and we hit up on the idea of having some photo's taken of our parents new dog as a gift. In stepped Chrysalis and produced a fantastic set of images for us to choose from, which to this day are a great talking point when visitors arrive at their house. Not only did they manage to organise the shoot in double-quick time, and capture the character of Eddie so perfectly, but they were also able to have our choice of images cropped, mounted and framed in time for Christmas too.We smile every time we see them.We'll be back without doubt.Thanks Guys.Chrysalis exceeded our expectations,.. Well, we have just seen the most amazing pics ever of our whole family including the new puppy Bonnie. Chris has the patience of a saint - trying to contain Bonnie and the 5 of us to sit still for a shoot (well the dog anyway) - we weren't disappointed the pictures were the best ones we have ever seen. A huge thank you for your time and effort in producing these amazing pics of our children - who now seem too grown up its scary! we had a photo shoot in the park after our little boys Adoption Day and I still can't believe the beauty of the frames and photos hung in my rooms.So proffesional and just followed us round the park for an hour,letting the kids play,absolutely amazing!
Took my 9 year old daughter and 6 of her friends for a birthday party photo shoot - they had an absolute ball, loved every minute and it took all the hassle out of organising. The pictures are fantastic too. I would highly recommend. Thank you Chrysalis for making it such a special birthday!

I had a shoot with Allie and Chris the other day for some promotional vouchers for their wedding photography. Intended to be sent to Green and Benz jewellers, so they needed very specific shots to get the correct look. The shots were easy to obtain as they are very good a giving direction and creating the best look. They are so easy to get along with which helps you feel at ease. As a result you get a better shot, as you look comfortable and relaxed in the shot. The end result looks absolutely beautiful!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone no matter what the style of shoot Laura slater xx
