It's a family friendly health club, great facilities, friendly staff and perfect either with or without the kids. Plus they have a restaurant and bar which does great food. Perfect for a Friday evening treat to compensate for any calories burned off in the pool or gym.

Jason Rogders gives me a personal one to one training session. The sessions themselves are fantastic, Jason always finds ways to push me. He keeps the sessions challenging but still fun. His manner is excellent. The sessions inspire me to push myself between sessions.

Brampton Manor serve a great quality of food at a very reasonable price. The menu is quite varied, so something to suit everyones tastes. Staff always have a smile on their face whether it be reception for the gym or waiting on. A gem of a place but so many still dont know it is open to non members.
