Chester FC will be raising awareness and funds for the Breast Care Unit at The Countess of Chester Hospital by holding a Think Pink Day on Sat 29th October for their home fixture against Frickley Athletic which kicks off at 3.00pm.

Chester FC players will The Team will be wearing the limited edition Pink kits (as modelled by Hollyoaks in the picture) in a one-off match.

Neil Young’s men will don the striking strip for their home clash with Frickley Athletic on Saturday, October 29 as part of the club’s second ‘Think Pink Day’ to raise money for the breast care unit at the Countess of Chester Hospital.

Bucket collections will be made around the ground and there will be a post-match auction in the Blues Bars of pink shirts worn in the match by Chester players. The Countess of Chester Hospital will also profit from the 100 tickets the club has given the hospital to sell for the game.

Last year’s Chester FC inaugural ‘Think Pink Day’ raised £3,300 for the Breast Cancer Unit.

Chester FC is a continuation of Chester City FC, following a reformation of the Club in March 2010 after the liquidation of Chester City FC.  They are now a fan-owned Club playing in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League.
