Family-owned North West hotel group, Nelson Hotels, is once again supporting the charity event The Spirit of Christmas to be held at Chester Cathedral on 2nd December in aid of The Neuromuscular Centre (NMC)

The 28-year-old was named hotel restaurant manager of the year at the Hotel Cateys 2011 at a glittering awards ceremony in London.

During a short visit to Cheshire, renowned AA Rosette and Michelin award winning chef, Jean-Christophe Novelli, chose leading Cheshire hotel the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa for a sumptuous evening meal and overnight stay.

The Michelin-star restaurant, which bears the name of its executive chef Simon Radley, is the only restaurant in the North West to make it into the top 25 nationwide.
