The Faulkner Bar & Kitchen has just celebrated five years in business and is defying the trend nationally for investment in pubs and bars. It has just unveiled its refurbished, rebranded new look alongside a Seasonal Menu, which includes a weekend Brunch Menu and our fabulous Prix Fixe Menu - (available Monday to Thurday).
The award-winning restaurant and bar's new menu is served all day every day and has a great new wine list, cracking cask ales and an extensive range of lagers.

Ian Wade has owned The Faulkner Bar & Kitchen for five years and also runs the Ring O'Bells in Christleton and The Bouverie in Garden Lane. The Ring O'Bells recently reached the finals of the Great British Pub Awards, from drinks industry 'bible' the Morning Advertiser, after being named the Best Family Pub in the North West region.
The Faulkner Bar & Kitchen also received a Silver & Bronze Award for Best Pub of the Year in the 2007 & 2008 Chester Food and Drink Festival.
"We are going for a real retro feel with the new refurb, focusing on 'boho chic'. A selection of reconditioned, new & antique furniture has been used to create the unique style The Faulkner Bar & Kitchen will have. Great surroundings, great food and great hospitality are always important and we've learned this at The Faulkner and at our other pubs all of which are very different. We are passionate about what we do and it is sad to hear that 52 pubs close in Britain every week, a third more this year than last. We're working to bite-back this trend and really appreciate all the support from our locals and city-visitors too."
