you arrive 30 minutes prior to your first treatment - this will allow time for them to complete a consultation with you and offer refreshments
For subsequent appointments, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment
It is recommended that health Spa treatments are booked in advance to avoid disappointment

The Chester Grosvenor gym is bijou in size but equipped with everything you need for a full body workout including rowing machine, exercise bikes, treadmills, free weights and work bench.
