I got ill suddenly in March, with what has now been diagnosed as CFS/ME. I was desperate as the doctor had just suggested rest. A month later a friend recommended I try acupuncture. I had a quick chat with Charles Buck to check that it was likely to help and then I made my first appointment. Within a month I was feeling the benefits and was able to go back to work, albeit on much reduced hours. Over the last 7 months I've been receiving regular acupuncture from Marianne. I'm convinced that I'd still be off work if I'd not decided to give acupuncture a go - I'm now working full-time hours again and have learnt my limits. As well as the actual treatment, I received advice (nutritional, relaxation) on other problems I've had for years as the approach is a holistic one. The clinic has a lovely ambience. My wife and I had been trying for a baby for 18 months and after investigation found out I had a low sperm count with low mobility.
