After cracking my alloy wheel in a pot hole, I approached Chris at Smart Repair Company via email. He was very courteous and replied to my enquiry even though it was out of hours at the weekend. I took my wheel down to Chris, who was very prompt about getting it repaired as I was running on the Space Saver. The wheel was returned very quickly and he even checked my spare as I thought it was wobbly! I was very pleased with his professionalism and he was polite and courteous. Thank you to Chris, who made a stressful situation seem simple and no so stressful :o)

Honest and trustworthy. As a lady driver I'm very sceptical when it comes to taking my car for repairs, however, this lovely husband and wife team are fabulous. If ever I need my wheels doing again, I will most definately go back to Chris and Sue.

Took my wheels to the Smart Repair Company expecting to have to buy new wheels for my Porsche as my wheels where in that bad a state. The friendly guys at Smart Repair advised me that they could refurbish them, I left the car for a few days and got a call that they where done went to pick the car up and was totally amazed by the result can't explain how impressed I was . I've had endless amount of complements on my wheels.

I found Chris through a friend when trying to find someone to refurbish a set of 3 piece split rim Hartge wheels to my fussy standards. The service was friendly and contact during the process was first class. Chris was more than willing to go out of his way to find parts for me and sort out any issues that arose with sourcing new parts that were required. I have had a further 3 sets of wheels refurbished by SRC and countless tyres. My rather exacting father was impressed with the work on the wheels and subsequently took his BMW wheels to Chris to have the corrosion issues rectified and was more than pleased with the outcome especially when he had been advised to buy new wheels from BMW at more than 4 times the cost of the refurbishment. I treated my husband to a powdercoating sesion for Christmas, well not exactly my husband but his Lambretta which he thinks of more than me. Having seen the work done and the treatment received from both Christopher and Sue, I would recommend them to anyone. The repairs carried out on curb damaged wheels, is absolutely fantastic, they look better than new.

Chrissy and Sue have been absolutely fabulous, the repainting of my scooter and the quality of the powder coating has been excellent. Friendly to the extreme no problem too small.GM

My friend recommended Smart Repair Company as he uses them often. So I went to see Chris about my MGZT wheels. I`ve always liked the look of my Apex wheels but after about 3 years the smoke effect silver paint was coming off revealing a black alloy wheel which looked awful.Chris explained that they were missing a lacquer coating/they were not properly treated from the beginning! He took me into his workshop and showed me examples of his work I was so impressed I booked my car in there & then. He had my car for two days and when i went to see my car i was amazed by the look of the wheels, all my doubts in my mind completely disappeared. If you love your wheels & want to make them better than new I highly recommend Smart Repair Company.

Smart Repair was recommended to me by a local garage.
My Jaguar XK8 Coupe ʼs 19"diameter wheel was so badly dented and kerbed, and had also suffered the usual normal wear and tearl scrapes to the rim, that I was considering having to buy a new one.
I took it to SmartRepair, who said it would take 2 days for a full repair.
It was ready when promised, and the result was absolutely outstanding !! Not a mark or blemish or any sign of the original serious damage,with a brilliant paintwork finish.
In all respects , effectively I got a brand new wheel, for a very reasonable price.
Service was friendly, helpful, and very professional.
I could have said all this in two words : Absolutely Perfect

I stopped in on the off-chance of getting my MG ZTʼs wheels refurbished only to discover that they can also supply tyres but unfortunately I had just ordered new tyres on the internet. However, the staff were very friendly and when I asked about alternative rims for my car, they went to a great deal of trouble to assist me, showming me various options and prices, doing their best to help me find the right wheels to suit my taste and budget. This also included emailing me additional information, so I will certainly be going back there in the future for any repair work or wheels and tyres. Great service, highly recommended and especially so in an age when it seems sloppy standards and poor customer service are the norm!

I have recently had damage to my BMW and my wifeʼs Toyota. A friend recommended Chris Masseyʼs Smart Repair Co. He repaired the BMW first with a damaged boot lid and bumper, now you would not know it had been damaged. The Toyota had a nearside bumper scrape, the colour match is perfect and again you would not know it had been damaged. The price was also very reasonable.
I also asked him for a quote for two Michelin tyres for the Toyota, at an inclusive price of £78 per tyre he was 37% cheaper than the men in blue overalls! Well done Chris.
I found their service very professional throughout and I felt like an important customer even though I wasnʼt spending huge amounts of money.
