We brought in Sales Leadership Development (SLD) to provide sales coaching to the sales group to one of our clients, the National Pharmacy Association. Sales were down on last year and things had to be turned around quickly. Paul at SLD was able to effectively diagnose the main areas of improvement in the team as a whole and importantly the individuals. The then recommended a programme of both classroom type coaching for the team and 1:1 sessions with the individuals to apply the skills learnt in the group sessions. The result was a more confident more cohesive team that within weeks were selling more effectively. The positive feedback from the team was fantastic and the results were clear.
