Dear Paul, I am writing to express my appreciation for the recent first class service that I received from Parkway Telecom. You may be aware that I have a BlackBerry Storm on contract with Vodafone, which your company arranged. Unfortunately, on the 1st June, a fault developed so I contacted your offices to report the problem. At this stage I was in a panic as my BlackBerry is invaluable and the thought of being without it filled me with dread. However, I need not have worried. Within 10 minutes of my initial call I received a call back from our Account Manager, Kris Williams. I explained the fault to Kris and within an hour he was in my office supplying me with a replacement loan phone. There was no hassle waiting to be put through to a remote faceless call centre and the service surpassed all my expectations and reinforced the benefits of dealing with a local company.
