I just want to tell everyone about how fantastic the staff and management at the hotel are. I recently collaborated with them in order to raise some funds for an orphanage in Mumbai which I visited in March 2007. The catering team in the kitchen were so helpful as I prepared the traditional Punjabi banquet for 40 guests. The front of house staff were equally great and really joined in by dressing up in traditional attire for a real Bollywood night when serving guests. All attendees to the event commented on the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and management. Avril and her team are a credit to the chain of hotels as are Kate Halewood and Paula Bullock who assisted by agreeing to host the fundraising event. I would welcome the opportunity of working with these people again and continue to enjoy a warm friendship. Local press featured the event that raised nearly £800 and was enjoyed by all. Once again my sincerest thanks on behalf of The Seva Sadan Society in Mumbai.
