Lily Newman is a Behavioural Strategist and Communications Specialist with 20 years of experience in leadership development, media management and high impact coaching and mentoring. She believes that if people are to achieve their personal and strategic goals, they must first understand their behavioural preferences and learning styles to ensure that relationships are built on clear and effective communication.
She enjoys working with executives who recognise and value their greatest asset; the people who work for them and with them. She has challenged numerous leaders who initially thought that the reason their team, department or business was under-performing was because of the lack of skill or will amongst their staff.

She has also worked as a journalist for the BBC and Headed up Mare Curie Cancer Care’s Corporate Fundraising and Celebrity Events Department before launching her own leadership and communications business, Morgan James Consulting.
Lily Newman lives in Cheshire, UK, with her husband Michael (a global leadership consultant and tri-athlete) and their young son Max (a rugby, science and fast car fanatic).
