this venue not only looks amazing but is amazing in every single way. the staff can not do enough to help you and always have a big smile to greet you. natalie the wedding co-ordinator is wonderfull. she seems to remember every single bride, the date of there wedding and even there fine details. nothing is too much nassle for the hotel. when we have asked for something they have quite happily agreed to it and said they will sort it with no extra cost which is hard to come by these days. every single room including walkways are dressed to impress. there food is fabulous. have never had a bad meal we love love love the grosvenor pulford and are extreemly excited to be holding our wedding at the venue in may this year kind regards steph & nick
