Having been recommended to CHATTELS by a friend, I made my first visit to seek out storage & bedroom furniture solutions for my cottage. I was not expecting to find anything as everywhere I had previously gone was either to big or not available in a finish I required.

The first shock was not being pounced on, it is very relaxed, the advise, knowledge and vast array of ranges and finishes Peter and Paul have available was incredible, very quickly I was lost for choice.

After my first visit arrangements were made to visit my home, drawings were produced and within a couple of weeks I was able to place my order for exactly what I had been looking for for months on end.

Delivery and installation was arranged for a time that suited me. Prior to entering the home our carpets were covered, their delivery men were wearing blue shoe covers ( very chic, Nick is such a hunk but donʼt tell my husband ) they checked where everything was going and even took pictures of the walls before carrying anything indoors.

Tim one of their fitters then arrived, everything was unpacked and all the packaging was taken away. The whole process was seamless Tim even hoovered after he had built everything.

This is any excellent father and son team who together with their staff offer exceptional service the vast knowledge of the products they work with is second to none. Both Peter & Paul are friendly, helpful and extremly patient ( even with someone like me ) and I now recommend CHATTELS to anyone who will listen to me.
