12 weeks ago I was an unfit 15 stone 10, 44 year old guy who didn't consider what he ate or drank. Today I am 14 stone 5, more active and definitely better educated in what I should and shouldn't be eating and drinking. Following Chris's nutrition recommendations have been relatively easy and the training sessions are hard work but rewarding. Chris's workouts are not just about fat loss he has helped me tremendously with my posture and mobility. Chris seems to know exactly how far he can push to get the most out of you to the point that you know you have really achieved something at the end of the session. Signing up with Chris had been money really well spend for me as I know I wouldn't have achieved half as much in the time if I was left to my own devices and joined yet another gym. Having used Chris's services I will have absolute confidence when I refer him in the future.

I would like to put my thanks and appreciation for working with me for the last two months and for taking on the massive challenge, that is me! Chris has been working with me on nutrition and exercise and the results have been remarkable even in just 10 weeks. Chris has a friendly and professional manner, he is always looking for ways to drive me on just that little bit more, and his knowledge gives me great confidence. I find Chris to be totally professional at all times and I have encouraged a number of my own clients to seek out his expertise. Before I met Chris it was four months away from my wedding day. My body was very inflexible, I was overweight, a poor sleeper, liked to snack, had a very sweet tooth, drank a glass of wine more than once or twice during the week as well as weekends. Chris helped me to change dramatically in the space of just four months from being inflexible and overweight to a slim, healthy, fit and flexible younger looking person. Chris has changed the way I live my life, not just during the months he trained me but now afterwards. Chris helped me to make the right choice in diet and showed me where I was going wrong. He helped me to change my diet without causing havoc to my lifestyle. He made the change in diet and exercise seem like an easy transition which I slipped into without too much strain. Chris always challenged me to push myself. He was also supportive with the everyday stresses and strains I would encounter with work.
Chris gave me the confidence to say to myself I looked good and felt great on my wedding day! I would highly recommend Chris as a personal trainer, he is friendly, professional and a funny guy and most importantly he knows how to get results fast!

Chris has been a fantastic motivator, within the first session I could see Chris's passion for health, fitness and nutrition as he seems to pass on the passion to me, before seeing him for the next session. I'm surprised how quickly I'm losing the body fat, by combining a exercise regime, healthy eating and a better lifestyle can produce these results. I highly recommend Chris.
