Recently stored there, the people were great, very thorough. I was concerned about my sofas, I'd used containers a fews years back and had some damp problems. They however assured me they had no damp problems and they were right. It was clean and easy to use.

We have used them almost since the day they started on Sealand Road. Excellent Service, friendly helpful staff. Storage very secure,good access when needed.Very flexible with ability to take extra space for short terms when required. We find this system invaluable to our business, with extra stock on hand when we need it either for our Shop our very busy Web Site. We would recommend them to anyone looking for extra space eiher short or long term.

We have used them for both stock storage purposes and as a base for our business for a good while now and have found Brendan and his team to be extremely responsive and supportive - the best facilities management in over 10 years running a business. In terms of value, the fixed-price and all-inclusive fees (no extra rates or utility bills) are good and the facility itself is secure and in very good modern condition - an aspect that helps if you've been burgled or burned down - or both :-( - on more than one occasion previously). If anyone is considering personal or business asset storage, or wanting a scalable and good value business base in a good location in the Chester area I would strongly recommend giving Big Storage a call. Another upside for us is their community involvement policy, which we like and applaud (and support).

We have been using their storage facilities for a few years and have been very pleased indeed with the service with no cause for a single complaint since being here. The staff are always friendly and very welcoming and very attentive to their clients needs. Our move here was easy with the unit being ready on time with our requests completed. It is ideal for us as we downscaled our business and have a office/storage area that is very secure and perfect for our needs. The rent also includes rates and electricity and offers good value with a convenient location with the city centre close by. Everywhere is in good condition. We have also seen the facilty expand in our time here and the good service still maintained. It has also suited on personal level as I rented a storage unit seperatly for my daughter a couple of years ago when she was moving house. I have no hesitation is recommending Brendon and his team to anyone.

I am the area manager for a diagnostics company and have always been able to store stock at home but with space being tight and new stock on its way I needed a storage solution that was local and easily accessible. What I found was local, easily accessible and above all very easy to set up. Over a year ago I had spent several weeks looking for somewhere to store a whole host of community Giants. The Giants are amazing structures, approximately 14’ tall by 5’ wide and represents hours or work by over 20 community groups, but I couldn’t find anyone who could accommodate my storage requirements. On one particular day I just happened to be passing BiG Storage so I called in to see if they could help and I was, and still am, over a year later, amazed by their response. When asked if they had space to store the Giants, Brendan simply said, “Certainly madam, walk this way” and he showed me the best possible space I could have hoped for to store the Giants. The following day I had a phone call from the owner Andrew Donaldson, and the space for community giants was secured. It was at this point that I realised that BiG Storage is not just about a space to store things, it is all about giving the customer the best possible solution to their storage problems, whilst at the same time giving back time and support into the local community. Nothing is too much trouble for them; ‘the other Andrew’, is as comfortable giving me help and advice on any health and safety issues around storage and explaining logistics as he is at showing me how to move my Giants safely into and out of the storage space. It is now 14 months since ChestertheGiantCity starting storing Giants in BiG Storage, I go into the space most days, and every day I am met not only by cheerful and responsive staff, but I also meet the other customers who are also cheerful and helpful.
