All of the Agile Group's training courses are designed to meet individual clients or organisations requirements in line with their own developmental needs. Delivered by qualified ILM accredited trainers and coaches, the programmes are highly participative with an excellent balance of classroom training, individual and group work.
Action Learning - Real Results
We develop people through "Action Learning" whereby the client studies their own actions and experiences in order to improve performance.

There is no "leader" or "expert" the team will co-consult with each other to share their knowledge and experiences to learn from. It enables each person to reflect on and review the action taken then draw conclusions and improve their performance.
