VERY unimpressed with some of your competitors, who appear to be impersonating Estate Agents! A friend recommended KRS as a good company through which to sell my house. Initially I was sceptical but having received very poor service from other Estate Agents I decided to give them a try. I was immediately impressed with the friendliness of their staff and the speed of response. After 6 months of wasting time with other agents, KRS secured a viewing on the property within 2 weeks. This led to an offer and we have just completed on the sale. I am very happy. My only regret is not using them initially as I would have saved myself 6 months of wasted time.
KRS have recently sold my house. The house had been on the market for 6 years when they took it on, and they had sold it within 5 months. They are a very friendly and approachable family run business and could not do enough to help. I liked the fact that if they said they would call you, they did, and were always available with advice and encouragement or help. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are selling or buying a house.
Well done to Nick King and his staff. We have had an excellent service from this newly established business in Chepstow. Great communication. In my work and personally I often use national and local estate and land agents. In my recent personal experience (which carries a lot more emotion than my profession!!) of working with Carole King at King Relocation, I have been impressed by Carole and other members of the team that have dealt with my calls. I initially made on an online weekend enquiry ( that can often disappear into the ether ! ) and was phoned before 10am on the Monday morning , by a helpful and cheerful lady who left a message. When I phoned back I was dealt with efficiently and with cheer ( there is a lot to be said for cheer in a person’s voice – especially when in essence you are in sales. I then had 2 viewings of which were arranged with excellent communication, the rapport with the vendor and the agent was excellent and nothing was too much effort including a Sunday viewing. All these things sound like ‘MUST DO’s for estate agencies however I have found that all too frequently this is not the case irrespective of how much you may be spending. I cannot rate there service too highly and the handling of my initial enquiry and then offer. FIRST CLASS !! so well done and thank you so much.

King Relocation Services managed to get Maggs & Allen estate agents removal help with one days notice when no other company could help! The transaction was done smoothly, without fuss and cheaper than the rest of the competitors! I would highly recommend giving them a call!
