Having met Andy through the Lydney Breakfast Club I quickly got to know and trust him, and when we needed to make some changes to our TV configuration at home in preparation for the switch to digital, I had no hesitation in asking Andy to do this for me.
I haven't regretted this decision:
• Andy worked with me to set a date/time that worked for me
• He arrived when he said he would - impressing my wife by using overshoes in the house
• He provided the bracket needed to wallmount our new television
• He offered a range of routing for the cables - and clearly had good technical knowledge
• The work was carried out professionally and to a high quality
• He spent time with me, adjusting the TV settings to get the best picture
• When an additional (longer) power cable was required, Andy sent that on as promised
• A query arose after Andy had left (a couple of days later) and he talked it through by phone
We felt the work was of a high standard, and professionally completed - and importantly the price, including the bracket/parts was reasonable.
In addition to all of the above, Andy was extremely polite, courteous and respectful of our house being careful to put anything back that he needed to move/disturb.
And he sings while he works. In a good way!
In summary, Andy provides a tremendous service that does not support any of the negative stereotypes associated with visiting engineers. I have no hesitation therefore in fully recommending Andy and AB satellite Services and will be passing his name to my local family/friends whenever I have the opportunity.

Just a few words to say how pleased I was with the service I received from Andy. He was friendly but very professional, he responded to my phone call and came the same day. I expected Andy to see what I needed and say OK I can do the work in three weeks! Not a bit of it. In one hour I had a new aerial fitted complete with mast and not 15 channels but 100. I would not hesitate to recommend AB Satellite and Aerial Installations to any of my friends. Thank you Andy and good luck.

It was so refreshing not to be met with a sharp intake of breath when presented with an aerial installation in a large 'awkward' house.
