Family Fun at the Midsummer Fiesta this weekend

The Midsummer Fiesta is a great occasion for showing off the innumerable talents of the diverse communities in Cheltenham. There is a whole host of activities for everyone to enjoy including dance, music and stalls.

Static hot air balloon rides, Punch and Judy, animal mania, as well as.80 market stalls selling a wide of variety of products from arts and crafts, to food and jewellery,

Coronettes, Ukeholics, and the Ramrods will be performing live music on the day and there will be a wide range of dance performancesas well as the opportunity to join in with salsa and Zumba. The children’s village will include bouncy castles, circus skills, crazy golf and the Music Man. Visitors can take a picnic or buy from the bar and range of caterers, browse the marketplace and visit the classic cars display.

Daniel Cutting, five times Guinness World Record holder will also be at the fiesta to show off his football freestyle skills after recently returning from the World Cup in Brazil.

The marketplace and activities will run from 12-6pm. Performances and catering will continue until 9pm.

Admission and almost all activities are free. The Midsummer Fiesta is a not-for-profit event organised by members of Cheltenham Partnership.
