The Play Farm Testimonials

We visited the Cheltenham Playfarm on Saturday 13th November for my step daughter’s birthday. It was not a party arranged by yourself, but a small group of her friends treated to come for a couple of hours. We arrived and it was full up, with about 15mins to wait until we could enter. With 5 small children and a baby this wasn’t really an option. We were desperate to enter and were at a loss at what to do when your employee Tasha came to the rescue. She explained that whilst there would be no seats for 15 mins, we could enter and allow the kids to get stuck in. I could have kissed her! From that moment on our visit was perfect. EVERY member of staff within the centre was exemplary. Polite but personable. Simply perfect. Tasha was especially brilliant, coming to show us to a table when one became available.

Playfarm is a great venue for younger children especially those aged 2-4. The menu is very impressive catering for all tastes and so refreshing to see healthy food such as fruit + yoghurts instead of the more unhealthy sweet options of other play centres.

Fab staff, great food. Value for money for Hugo’s party. Well done guys!

Really enjoyed my party with Playfarm. All my friends commented how clean and tidy the play area was. Was glad to see the toilets were nice and tidy! Recommended to all my friends and will be returning next year!

Fresh, new and clean play area. Liked the fact that Playfarm is in the centre of town and easy to get to. Food was very healthy and had some great drink and food options for the adults! The staffs were very nice and friendly.
