I felt that I had to write to thank you for all of your help regarding my recent purchase of one Orthopardia chair. I have been a back sufferer (slipped disc) for over 5 years and have been particularly suffering over the past 3 months (Christmas spent on the florr etc!) and so I decided to take the step and source a new office work chair. I was confused about the different options available to me and so I telephoned to ask for advice and was pleasantly surprised by the help and advice that I was given by yourself - other companies had just been trying to get me through the door without listening nor I felt, understanding what I was saying. I especially liked the option for me to try the chair before I committed to buying it, and that fact that you stated that you were not happy for me to buy the chair without trying it - this tells me that you and your company cares about your customers and this is very rare, especially in today's society.

I can only say that after 3 months of not being able to go to my karate class I was able to go after 3 days of having the chair! It has been a revelation to me and I cannot thank you enough - who knew that something so simple could make such a difference! Thank you so much for all of your help!
