Dear Nigel, Thank you for so efficientle arranging the delivery of a set of castors for a hard floor surface. It must be at least two years if not more since we bought two office chairs from you, an orthopaedic model for my wife and a HAG H03-350 for myself. You spent quite a long time in the shop advising on the right chairs for our very different needs and I wanted to say a very big thank you for guiding us to what has proved to be absolutely the right answer. Each in its own way is perfect for our needs and still as good and as comfortable as when we bought them. Personally I take great pleasure from my HAG - its comfort, small size and excellent design, its just perfect. And I know my wife for the first time has a chair which is comfortable and supportive. It is in every way what she was looking for. She will not be without her chair when working. Best wishes

I felt that I had to write to thank you for all of your help regarding my recent purchase of one Orthopardia chair. I have been a back sufferer (slipped disc) for over 5 years and have been particularly suffering over the past 3 months (Christmas spent on the florr etc!) and so I decided to take the step and source a new office work chair. I was confused about the different options available to me and so I telephoned to ask for advice and was pleasantly surprised by the help and advice that I was given by yourself - other companies had just been trying to get me through the door without listening nor I felt, understanding what I was saying. I especially liked the option for me to try the chair before I committed to buying it, and that fact that you stated that you were not happy for me to buy the chair without trying it - this tells me that you and your company cares about your customers and this is very rare, especially in today's society. I can only say that after 3 months of not being able to go to my karate class I was able to go after 3 days of having the chair! It has been a revelation to me and I cannot thank you enough - who knew that something so simple could make such a difference! Thank you so much for all of your help!
Just a quick few lines to thank you so much for giving me detailed (and free!!) advice on how to sit properly whilst at my office chair. I didn't realise that I had been doing so many things wrong; no wonder I was getting quite severe pains in my upper back and shoulders. The simple adjustment of my chair to a lower height, aligning my arms properly and keeping the mouse close has seemingly worked and I no longer have the uncomfortable pains in my back and I no longer worry about what was the matter with me - which was actually becoming quite distressing.
