We found this outlet well - stocked with an attractive range of products. The sales people were friendly and helpful, enabling us to find a fireplace that matched our requirements and our decor. The fitters arrived promptly on the agreed date and installed the fireplace with minimum fuss. They explained how the fire features worked and left the place clean and tidy. Would definately recommend to others!

The two installers who came with the fireplace not only did an excellent job but found a gas leak caused by a kitchen company who had installed a cupboard in the kitchen. Due to their attention to detail a fault in the gas supply was corrected. Thank you.
