Charlie and the team provided the kind of friendly, helpful, efficient service that is all too rare these days. They fitted a Karndean floor in our Kitchen and Breakfast room as well as underfloor heating and Karndean in an extension. All done quickly and expertly. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Parsons flooring did a fantastic job of replacing a dining room carpet, and resurfacing and replacing our kitchen floor. The quality of their work, their product range and knowledge is most impressive. They offer all this on top of excellent customer services and competitive prices ~ and so I would highly recommend them.

Parsons flooring have just completed their second job for me and from helping to choose the right type of flooring for our hall and kitchen at the beginning, to tidying up and putting my table cloth back on my kitchen table at the end. I cannot praise Charlie and the team enough. We will definitely be using them for our 3rd job.

We've used Parsons twice now, following a recommendation from friends. The fact that we used them a second time (after moving house) shows that they did a great job! Really friendly team and a top quality job. We've had both carpet and wood effect Karndean flooring fitted by them and will be inviting them back to do our kitchen floor, when we get around to refitting the kitchen.

They were extremely helpful. I had a very short timescale and they were able to measure and lay new carpets very quickly. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and very efficient - and the carpet looks really good, they have done the job beautifully. Many thanks Charlie!

We would recommend Parsons because the staff are exceptional, and very proffesinal. The removal of the furniture, some very heavy items was carried out quickly by the men who then got on with the job of laying the wooden floor. This was completed, Furniture moved back and we were delighted with the result. The room was transformed thankyou.

Great service from start to finish. They really listened to our requirements, found the carpet we were looking for, and were great value for money. From the outset Parsons Flooring had a unique approach and wanted to understand our lifestyle in order to match it up with the best possible flooring choice to our three hairy dogs. They had an honest and refreshing approach and offered informed opinions without recommending the most expensive choices. They even left us with several samples over the weekend so we could see how the flooring looked at different stages of the day, I couldn't have hoped for more.
In the end we settled for Karndean throughout the hall and bedrooms which looked as predicited - totally fantastic. Having just sold the flat it was a very good investment.
