Oriel's systems have allowed me to collect overdue accounts in various corporate insolvency scenarios in a timely and cost effect manner.

Oriel have been available at short notice to attend the premises of the insolvency instructions in order to both capture and interrogate the systems of the insolvent business in advance to commencing the debt collection process.

Oriel have been able to recognise and deal with genuine queries that the former customers of the businesses had, thereby maintaining the overall integrity of the ledger and maximising the level of recoveries for the benefit of the insolvent estate and its creditors.

Oriel provide regular reports and are available for management meetings when required.

We have been working with Oriel for just over two years, initially working with us on some of the ‘hard to collect’ and old debt. We quickly realised that they were able to handle the large volume small ticket debt which we were finding increasingly hard to chase.

Oriel were quick to understand our products and customers and this helped them to make calls on our behalf seamlessly.

As a result we have been outsourcing a regular part of our outstanding ledger with them with great success helping us to half our ‘over 90 day’ debt.
