Earlier this year we approached Obsidian for ideas and a quote for our new ensuite bathroom for the loft conversion. We were on a limited budget but quality was really important and I often drove past the shop assuming it would be out of our budget. I was initially apprehenive as we had approached other companies whose prices were just too high, but a friend recommended Obsidian and said I should just ask.

Our designer was Lauren Wilcox and she was really helpful and realistic from the outset. I explained my dilema about the type of look I wanted and my budget and we talked through my ideas and prices. We ended up buying most of our sanitary ware through obsidian (I even got my villeroy and boch toilet I wanted!) and just sourced a sink unit from a department store that was half price and tiles from elsewhere too. Having this flexibility of where we sourced our items from allowed us to get our dream bathroom within our budget and I can not recommend Obsidian or Lauren Wilcox highly enough.

Delivery of products was efficient and easy. When there was a mix up with one of the parts they arranged for it to be collected and redelivered immediately which is invaluable when you have builders on site and delays and mistakes can be costly.
