I saw the offer for 40% off food in one of the voucher books I picked up from town and thought I'd give it a go, especially good as the voucher works on a Friday when many others are Sunday to Thursday. A friend and I had a delicious meal a few weeks ago, the staff were great the food was excellent and the resturant despite being busy didn't have the manic air of others, I enjoyed it so much so I'm going again tomorrow with my partner for an impromptu evening out as he wants to see what I'm going on about!

Went for dinner to Montpellier Wine Bar last Friday night and it was fantastic - dinner (salmon on spinach and crushed potatoes) was divine and their 40% off special offer (through the bestof) made it a bargain as well! Very tasty food, good wine, great atmosphere = good times! TRY IT!

We visited Cheltenham today and had lunch at The Wine Bar Montpellier. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed with a very nice interior decor. The menu provided a good variety, but not too much choice for vegetarians, which I am. However, I do eat fish so I chose the fishcakes, which were very nice. We chose from the light lunch menu and the prices were very reasonable and good sized portions. Staff were friendly and even the manager came and chatted to us to introduce himself and get some feedback. Would recommend and possibly re-visit next time I'm in Cheltenham.

Many thanks on the hospitality and excellent service shown to us by your staff. On arrival, we were impressed by the ambiance that catered for many moods, and although busy, your staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming to our personal requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they proceeded to make our evening very special and relaxed us with their product knowledge and friendly unobtrusive service. It was only because of The Wine Bars staff we stayed for something to eat, after all we were only calling in for a drink. We ordered a recommended meal which was Fillet Steak salad and it far exceeded our expectations, quality at extremely good value for money . It was LUSH!!!, so thank you Chef for your superb food and presentation. We look forward to calling back very soon and meeting your staff who we now count as friends. Many regards in making our evening a memorable one.

The Wine Bar ensured the smooth running of the launch of our charity calendar, with delightfully welcoming surroundings, a relaxed atmosphere and excellent friendly service. Canapes were brought out with perfect timing and were delicate and tasty. I would highly recommend this venue for a social or business function and I know that our guests were so impressed that some have already made bookings to return with friends for a meal. Our guests included the Cheltenham MP Martin Horwood and also an award-winning International Model who very much enjoyed the evening.
