Max Dawson has been my personal trainer for almost a year now. He is able to make a tough workout session feel less tough due to his good sense of humour. This is priceless during a tough workout and is a reason i get through my hour long session. His boxing exercises are a great stress buster for me too, worth every penny.

Max was reccomended to me by another personal trainer and I was so pleased when I met him and began training with him. He quickly understood my fitness levels and made me work hard the full hour!! Max brought a variety of equipment for me to train with and even made kettle bells fun which is nearly impossible!!!!!! He was very motivating and always challenged me to improve my strength or stamina each week. Max even went the extra mile by giving me an extra session the day before my holiday so that I could squeeze into my bikini... he he!!! He is a great personal trainer and is very passionate about what he does. Max really wants his clients to achieve their goals and he makes it hard work but fun. Cheers Max for all you've done for me! Max is a fantastic personal trainer. He really understands the psychology of training as well as knowing all the physical anatomy side. He knows when to push and when not to and I think that is what makes him stand apart. My fitness level improved significantly within a few months of working with him. He is also always very reliable; no last minute changes to appointments.

Max has been training my 14 year old Son for a while now, I liked the way he motivated Jake and the fun the laughing I used to hear, at 14 if it's not fun they don't want to know. I spoke to Max as I wanted to do a bike ride from Landsend to Worcester on a tandem bike pulling a trailer with a 6ft pig on the back going into all the local towns along the way collecting money. I spoke to Max and said this is what I want to do, showed him the picture and said I have just over a year to get fit, Max was amazing straight away and said it would be hard work but very possible, I was really nervous when Max first came as I was unfit and had a lot of weight to loose. Max has been setting me goals to get to and keeps up dating the programs, stats have improved. Max is always so possitive and it's really rubbed off on me, the encouragement Max shows is fantastic and I'd recommend him to any one. I'm 2 1/2lbs off loosing 3 stone and I'm feeling great.

I'm extremely lucky to say that since training with Max-Fit i have benefited from more than improving my general fitness. My left arm had been left completely paralyzed following a stroke 13 years ago and despite trying various forms of physio have not had any luck in finding any improvement. Max made and still is making adaptions for me to partake in his fitness programme to use both arms. 3 months on i can now hold my left arm out in front of me and have gained a vast range of movement, on top of this i have improved my posture markedly and lost weight. Needless to say this alone proves that Max delivers huge results.

Without doubt Max is the best personal trainer I have had by a four minute mile! A great communicator and motivator I managed to lose 7kg ( a blooomin lot !) in just under 3 months. Sessions are very varied always great fun and Max pushes you to almost the limit. Would recommend without hesitation.

I have been a client since January 14th 2010. In this time I have been provided with many programmes (every 5 weeks, on request) which have developed my strength considerably in a short space of time, I also have my stats checked (weight, body fat, blood pressure and diet) to check my progress. Max is friendly and approachable and does a great job at making fitness and strength training engaging and enjoyable. The programmes are always to a very high quality and are tailored to your specific goals. They help to make the most of your gym time with effective exercises and great care is taken to which exercise to use with the view to steady progression. If I don't like an exercise a more interesting exercise is provided and programmes altered. If I am struggling with anything e-mail/SMS response is very quick! The results speak for themselves: in just 5.5 months I have put on just under 12kg of almost completely lean mass.

MAX DAWSON HAS BEEN MY PERSONAL TRAINER FOR THE LAST FOUR MONTHS,HOWEVER WITHIN THAT SHORT PERIOD,I HAVE FORMED THE OPINION THAT MAX IS AN EXCELLENT PERSONAL TRAINER. IT IS APPARENT THAT MAX ENJOYS WHAT HE DOES AND THIS COMES ACROSS IN HIS APPOINTMENTS.I HAVE FOUND MAX TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL ASPECTS OF HEALTH AND FITNESS . THIS IS PAM AND I AM WRITING TO SAY BASICALLY WHY I REALLY LIKE MAX DAWSON AS MY PERSONAL TRAINER , FIRST OFF MAX IS JUST SO KIND AND THOUGHTFUL,THE OTHER THING IS I REALLY DO ENJOY THE CONVENIENCE OF HAVING SOMEONE COME TO YOUR HOME TO TRAIN.I DONT HAVE A PERSONAL GYM AT HOME ,WHATS REALLY GREAT IS THATS MAX BRINGS ALL THE EQUIPMENT WE NEED FOR A WORKOUT.IT ALSO LENDS YOU TO BE A LOT MORE FLEXIBLE WHEN WE ARE TRAINING INDOORS OR IF WE DECIDE TO GO OUTDOORS;ITS REALLY GREAT HE`S CONSTANTLY LOOKING FOR WAYS TO CHANGE THINGS TO TEST ME AND TO MAKE IT MORE INTERESTING,"ITS GREAT" ITS JUST HARD FOR ME TO BELIEVE I CAN GET A GREAT WORKOUT FROM MY HOME ,BUT IM LOVING IT AND ENJOY THE CONVENIENCE.
