Curves, good fun, the staff are helpful, thanks to Jenny, it also gives me time with my daughters, to lose weight and inches and have a laugh.

The Curves appraoch to fitness is the only system that has ever worked for me. The staff and challenges work together to keep me motivated. The programme is achievable and fits in with my hectic life!

I joined in 2008 because I was beginning to get very unhappy with my weight and my clothes were tight. So it was time to join Curves, over the months I lost weight and improved my health and fitness and feel alot more energetic and most of all feel happier and more confident. Curves has really worked for me and I enjoy it very much.
I have been a member at Curves for over 3 years and have never looked back. I tried many gyms over the years and either got bored or could not find the motivation to keep going. I actually look forward to going to Curves, the 30 minute workout is excellent it is a great challenge and really works. My whole body shape has changed, gone down 2 dress sizes and I have way more energy. Thanks to Curves and all the staff.
Curves is fantastic! Always a friendly atmosphere, I always feel well supported in my goals to firm up and loose a little weight. There's nothing to be afraid of. Good for anyone!

This is the best exercise class for women. The staff make you feel very welcome and encourage you to do your best. All sizes and ages treated the same.
