Having tried to keep my old boiler going over winter it was time to admit defeat! I went away and left Neil with key.He did a brilliant job, neat and tidy and all pipes well hidden, and on time. I should like to say how very pleased I have been with Neil's work. He first helped me out with an emergency plumbing problem, where not knowing me at all went very much the extra mile in rescuing my failing boiler after it flooded. I well recall him saying "when it dries out it may re-start or not". It did start, but as he explained to me "it keeps going out - Iwill have to get a spare part", which was all of about £3! I sight this because I was so impressed with his honestly - he could have told me I needed a new boiler. This incident decided me on asking him to install my new boiler last year. Carried out to my complete satisfaction. He is so cheerful and extremely thorough and meticulous. If ever I have an emergency with plumbing he will always turn out and sort it.

Having been clients of Neil's for some seven years now, he has worked on a number of different properties for us, both domestic and buy to let. Neil has tackled a wide range of projects. Since first working with Neil I have had two new Worcester combi boilers fitted and have worked with him on four properties, having him regularly maintain and certify the gas appliances. He is by far the most reliable, efficient and knowledgeable contractor I know in this field. His work is to the highest possible standards, he is meticulously tidy, clean and the advice he gives us is always the best solution. Having a number of properties to manage, knowing that I can call on Neil whenever I need assitance is a reassurance. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services.
I would proffer to the prospective employer that Neil was highly recommended to me from a work colleague. I interviewed him prior to having the work carried out throughout the house. I found Neil to be a very honest and forthright chap. I was comfortable allocating a set of keys to the house so that he could come and go with little or no disruption to our daily lives. Neil was polite and courteous and kept us informed of progress. His work was of a very high standard and he ensured that his workspace was neat and tidy and everything was put away at the end of the day. One thing i particularly like was that Neil was happy to contribute his own ideas drawing from years of experience to enhance the plan I had formulated resulting in the finished project being better than I had expected. I found Neil's standard of work to be very high, so much so that we have never had a problem with any of the work he carried out since completion.
I have employed Neil and his assistant Andy on many occasions. During this time he has fitted two Combi and two conventional boilers plus associated plumbing in properties I own. Two of the installations were difficult and inside cupboards to maximise space. he has also maintained and certified the boilers and worked on my own house kitchen extension. Neil's thorough knowledge enables him to be helpful at the planning stages which ensures the pipes are out of sight or in obtrusive. Neil is a very considerate, neat and tidy worker and capable of resolving any problem. I have no hesitation in recommending him as a fine plumber and family man.
Neil gave me an honest assessment of the challenge, a fair price and a date for the work, all of which were upheld. The task required Neil to take apart a tiled bathroom, replace the behind-the-scenes plumbing and refit all tile work and flooring. Neil had to think creatively about how to solve the main initial problem and worked non-stop with meticulous attention to detail until the room was complete. I again needed Neil's help after a boiler and drainage incident and incomplete interventions by two different 'expert' companies. On this occasion Neil was able to respond immediately to what was by then an emergency and provide a good interim repair to the boiler and pipe work in my kitchen. We then scheduled for him to come and make permanent repairs which required the floors of three rooms (kitchen, living room and main bedroom) to be lifted for new pipes to be laid. This work was completed in one day, and if I hadn't popped in at lunchtime to see for myself, I would never have believed that furniture, carpets and floor boards had all been removed. The flat was cleaner and tidier after they'd finished than I'd left it in the morning. And, of course, the plumbing work was excellent and completely resolved the issues I'd been living with for months. In summary, I would highly recommend Neil and his company for their technical ability, attention to detail, and an overall intelligent, considerate and professional approach.

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Neil's plumbing and heating services. He has done three jobs in our house including fixing two radiators, installing a new kitchen sink and fixing and re-tiling our bathroom floor. In all aspects his work has been brilliant. We have been extremely happy with Neil's work. A renovationis often much more complex than a new-build (involving considerable thought about distances from distribution points and much sensitive drilling and complicated pipe-running) and Neil and his team carried out the work to a very high standard and with good humour. When things had to be decided on the day, because of new discoveries, Neil took time to explain the situation and to listen to our views. He was not afraid of gently challenging our solution when he felt that there were maybe better options! Additionally, and very importantly, if Neil was unhappy with any finished plumbing work, he would discuss it with me and would be happy to make any agreed changes. Neil is very interested int he work and after long discussions of what solution I would like and how we may be able to achieve it. He would often come back the next day having researched it fully on the internet overnight. I believe that the solution we have achieved in this case is extremely efficient, with four flats which we now have in the basement can have their heating and hot water switched on and off remotely either from a phone or the hotel. We had some tight deadlines to meet early on in this development and Neil was committed to them, in some cases putting in extremely long days to ensure that they were met. Again, inspecting the work that has been done in the house, it is immaculate and done to a high standard. Having lived in the house now for nine months we have not had any issues which have arisen through poor or faulty workmanship. Neil is extremely conscientious which is pretty rare in this field.
We have been using this company for some three years after it was recommended to us very highly. We have used them for a fairly large new installation as well as resolving the ongoing niggles that have occured in the 22 bedroom hotel. The work resolving the ongoing issues is particularly noticeable as these are things which previous plumbers have not been able to resolve. I am not aware of any issues that are outstanding since we have called Complete Plumbing and Heating. They have also been very prompt is attending these issues when needed.
