We have been registered with Arvonia for 30 years. Over that time we have had various cats and dogs and all have been treated with kindness, sensitivity and professionalism. This is a real community vets practice and everyone is treated like one of the family. The fees are sensible too.

This is the best vets I have ever used, it doesn't matter if you see Guy or Richard they are both superb. They really do care and it's a very personalised service. Not forgetting the reception team and the nurses who are all top notch. My dog Ellie doesn't really relish the thought of popping into see them but I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

My cat was recently run over by a car and needed an operation. I was so worried about having to leave him at the vets in an unfamiliar environment for a few days. However, when I went back to collect him he was the happiest I had ever seen him. He did not seem quiet and was full of energy. Its so nice to know that the care and attention Guy, Richard and the rest of the team give the animals is so genuine. They kept in touch about how my cat was and did not rush me about an important decision regarding the operation needed. Im so appreciative to all of them for their willingness to help and to keep spirits high. Although my cat now only has three legs it does not seem to have made any difference to him in the slightest and from the first moment he came home he was keen to run around and play just as he always has done. I really cannot say a bad word about the service given to myself or my cat from Arvonia. It is clean, professional and reassuring. Thank you so much.
