The staff at Alexander Burn are a kind, optimistic, and good looking team of dedicated professionals who really know what they are doing. They have been unfailingly helpful - even when my requests meant they had to re-arrange things so they could be of service.
A line to say thank you once again for the way you conducted my mother’s funeral arrangements. I cannot thank you or praise you enough. What would we have done without you? I thank God we chose you. You gave us confidence to carry on. All of your staff carried out their duties quietly and with dignity and couldn’t have been more thoughtful and polite. Thank you, again and again.
When death arrives so suddenly and unexpectedly the people left behind find themselves overwhelmed by pain and grief. The care and help you gave to us as a family helped enormously to ease that pain. We take comfort knowing that with your expert caring services we did all we could. The funeral was so dignified and uplifting. The words ‘thank you’ seem so inadequate, but they’re all we have. So thank you for all your kindness and support – you are truly wonderful.
How I wish I could find words which could express adequately just how grateful I am for all of the wonderful help you gave to me and my family when we were in dire need. Nobody could have done more to ease our minds at that dreadfully sad time. It is hardly surprising that we can never cease to praise the very calming, respectful and efficient manner in which you organised literally everything for us. We shall always remember you with immense gratitude.
Thank you so very much for organising such a wonderful and memorable farewell to my darling mum. Everything was just perfect and all my family and friends said it was the finest funeral they had attended.

I am only sorry that my husband never met you as he would have liked and approved of you very much. I am sorry too that you never met him as you are so similar to him. He was gentle and kind, and a most amusing and witty man. We were a very happy family and I have been incredibly lucky to have shared my life with him.

You have many qualities that my father respected and appreciated and he would have been so pleased to have known that you would be caring for him after the end of his life.
